This chocolate bar started out as a handful of  organic cocoa beans  grown on the family-run Kablon Farms Estate in South Cotabato, The Philippines. These beans make their way to the U.K. where I carefully roast, winnow, stone grind, hand-temper and mould them in a process taking more than 72 hours.

The result is this  dark chocolate bar, which despite being 90% is packed full of flavour with a satisfyingly smooth melt. With notes of caramel, macadamia and currents.

Dairy, Nut and Soy free. Contains just 10% sugar and 10% added cocoa butter.
